I don't mean if you won the Lottery!
If you had a job that would allow you to buy the boat of your dreams, living the life you love here in Detroit. Boating on Lake St. Clair.
Pics would be nice!

I'd go with a 37 or 42 Outerlimits (great hull and speed with a lot of creature comforts) or Cig Tiger (custom built with an enclosed head). I saw a Tiger in Powerboat a while back that just had a porta potty underneath a seat in the cabin on a 400k+ boat.

Ok, I'll throw in a 46 Black Thunder, too.

Boatchic, that is a really cool boat, and could very well be my next one!

But, for my dream boat, I want a True North 38 from Pearson Yachts:

Honestly

I would be happy with a 30' or so.

Enough to fit the family of 4 to cruise. Spend the night. Take trips to Cedar point, Middle Channel, Mackinac island Etc.

Like you said Someday! hopefully soon before it is to late.

Dream boat? good question. If it was one I could afford, it wouldn't be a DREAM boat.

Sunseeker?
Pershing?

For boating on LSC I would want a boat that would get into the moot, so how about two boats? An offshore, probably fountain or outerlimits for going to the moot, and a sunseeker 61' predator, or persing 63' or up for going on trips and living on it.
