Hi super351

My best suggestion is to do a topic search. Try "shore fishing." This question comes up all the time. The search will give you a good group of places.
Good luck and don't for get to post that report and pictures.

If you are a st clair shores resident I would try blossom heath or 9 mile. Or Brandenburg out at Jefferson and???? North of 21 mile road can be productive The point at metro beach but thats a 3/4 mile or so walk of course there is no guarantee you will catch anything anywhere but those places have treated me ok in the past. Brandenberg has the shortest walk. Other then that I would suggest going to one of the many lakes in oakland county like Kent Lake, Proud Lake, Pontiac Lake or Cass Lake
go out to the pointe at metro you can catch the trolley by the main parking lot 50 cents per person round trip good luck

the point at the dnr site at the foot of south river road, or the clinton spillway , memorial park at masonic and jefferson
Rent jimmys pontoon boat, and drift around in that area, or head to the 9 mile pier, I hear they catch all kinds of fish there , 4 is a lil young for the river , but the lighthouse park in marine city is a sweet spot, just expect to lose some tackle, do the search though it is like an archive of LSC info, good luck.
Welcome to the site super351 I would say go to the 9 mile area or to metro park and give her a try.
