My husband and I are looking a upgrading from a bow rider to either 24 or 26 cuddy or cabin cruiser. What is better on Lake St. Clair??? We we on the lake this past sunday and it was too rough for our 20ft bow rider. We are looking at rinker and fourwinns. Thanks for your help.

YOu can never really go wrong with Sea Ray. I know a lot of boaters that have Sea Ray. THere are a lot of great boats out there though. I always recommend to new boaters who want to boat on LSC, if you can help it, at least buy a 25' or bigger. That will at least get you through most of what LSc can dish out.
Good luck.

Sunday always seems to be the day that everyone and their brother are out on the lake. Factor in some wind and you might feel as if your in a big washing machine. I own a 24ft Regal and I think that is too small. The bigger the better on lake St.clair, especially on sunday. Although if you try during the week days you might find the lake to be quite a bit calmer. I would go with the 26 cabin cruiser.
